The Dabarkads won again!! Woohoo!! They finally won against the Blue Team, the only team that had defeated them in the past. After a 10-point lead closed in to a 1-point lead at 44-45, Ariel saved the day by successfully hitting the basket during the free throws. So even if the blue team hit the basket to make it a 46-47 scoring, they only had 3 seconds left to pass the ball. And that didn't turn out too well since it got turned over to Jessie. We won! We won! Matanda na pero astig pa rin, in the words of Sharon. The banners we made last Friday actually worked! Or I'd like to think so! Haha. As useless, we picnic'd after. Only the Banaags were not around. Next week, we won't be around because we will be in Chicago for my big 3-0.

Yesterday was Labor Day so we pretty much watched the US Open the entire morning then did some strolling in the afternoon. We dropped by the candy store, the ice cream store and just walked around and bought stuff. We ended the day at the gym as planned. Nice day. Very relaxing. =)
