On the upper third!!

Last week, Hoen just had his monthly one-on-one with his boss, Lisa. This meeting was rather important because we wanted to know where we were in terms of performance and company value.
Thank God, it was all good popping! He was on the upper one-third of a 75-man team, his value is still high in the company AND... she is giving him a raise! She even told him not to worry about his job (but pie in the sky, we still are) and that he is doing a very good job literally.
These are all good news but it still doesn't change how we feel about our little big situation. Praying day in and day out.
